Course Overview
Our IATP Approved Duty to Manage course is aimed at duty holders and appointed persons under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, the Duty to Manage Asbestos in Non-Domestic Premises.
This session would allow you to extend your asbestos knowledge to include a basic understanding of the legislative requirements of CAR 2012 with particular reference to the Duty Holder and who that can be, the surveys available, what to expect in a survey and the asbestos management plan and its use.
Please note all attendees must have completed Asbestos Awareness training (either IATP or UKATA) within the past six months in order to be able to complete the course.
This course will be held ‘live online’ on 21st April 2027, taking place from 1pm – 4:30pm.
