E-Learning: Mental Health Basics

Course Overview

Ever felt low and struggled to get out of bed in the morning? Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

At some point, everyone struggles or has challenges with their mental health – just like we all have challenges with our physical wellbeing. In fact, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem this year.

So, what can you do to help your own mental health? And how can you support those around you who may be struggling? By improving your awareness and learning how to champion wellbeing in the workplace, you can help remove the stigma attached to mental health.

This course will give you everyday tools to help you manage your own wellbeing and become a more supportive and compassionate colleague.
