What’s Covered?
This ‘high level’ knowledge building webinar has been designed to provide a basic, yet clearer understanding of the ‘Responsible Person’ (RP) role as required under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and considers the salient points affecting the RP in relation to their duties to provide confidence in executing their duties.
The webinar includes:
- The Fire Safety Order from 2006
- Article 3 and its interpretation
- Article 4 and its extension throughout the FSO
- Article 5 and its implications to the RP
- Article 6 and the Fire Safety Act
- Articles 8 to 22
- A ‘competent’ person?
- Articles 24, 50 and Regulation 38
- Enforcement as applied against the RP
Session Delivery
Our virtual training session is delivered ‘live’ by our knowledgeable and professional trainer with ample time for delegates to ask questions throughout the session.
The session will include several short breaks to allow delegates to maintain their comfort.
An e-certificate of attendance and emailed copy of the slide presentation in a handy note format will be provided for all delegates who attended the session.
