Louise Burgess – Business Support
Louise Burgess is our business support associate and provides us with a range of services and support through her company, Louise B Virtual Business Support: https://louisebvirtual.com/
Her role with us involves (amongst other things) co-ordinating training courses, updating the website, and formatting and proofreading documentation.
Louise has over 16 years’ experience in business support, administrative and customer service roles, including eight years spent managing a number of social housing networks, including for asset management and health and safety.
Louise has co-ordinated, developed and managed many conferences and events for social housing professionals, from small networking groups to technical training sessions and large annual conferences.
Her qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Management, PRINCE2 Foundation, and NVQs Level 2 & 3 in Business Administration.
Louise and Vicki's great working relationship, plus Louise’s understanding of the social housing sector, made Louise an ideal fit for providing business support to Housing H&S Compliance UK.
