Nicky Hodgson – Training Support

BSc(Hons)

Nicky is our training support associate looking after the training administration for our organisation. Her role with us involves a variety of front-line support functions across our wide and varied training programmes both for HHSC and the Social Housing Safety Network Scotland. Nicky supports with client facing communication support, opening and logging on attendees for training sessions, administration functions and support for training attendees and responding to training enquiries.

Nicky holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Social Psychology from Loughborough University, and has over 24 years of experience in business support and administration. Nicky holds an IOSH Managing Safely certificate and has successfully completed the trainer led IOSH Leading Safely course.

Nicky brings strong organisational and communication skills to her work for our business which she balances with a friendly and supportive nature for attendees and delegates for our training sessions.

Nicky’s career spans roles in public sector administration, research, and quality assurance, where she has developed a reputation for being detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work under pressure.
