
Tony Bolder – Fire Safety Consultant, FRA Assessor & Trainer

Our specialist consultant, fire risk assessor and trainer, Tony, has over 27 years’ experience within the Royal Air Force and Humberside Fire and Rescue Service. As a previous operational support manager for Humberside Fire & Rescue Service, Tony was instrumental in developing operational readiness for over 300 firefighters including high rise incidents, chemical spills and road traffic collisions.
Tony is a UKAS third-party accredited life safety fire risk assessors listed on the FRACS register (and also the NAFRAR list) and also an accredited fire door inspector. He is also passionate about education, providing topical courses accredited by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) developed specifically for the social housing sector.
Tony was delighted to be co-opted as a national council member for the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and a member of their career pathways and technical subgroups. He supports the development of competence in the sector and also provides fire risk assessment marking for those wanting to achieve recognised accreditation to level 2 (competent fire risk assessor) within the national Tired Fire Risk Assessors Register (TFRAR)
